Dr. Cho received a fantastic question on one of our last surgical videos we posted on IG asking if it was possible to get full perky breasts from an augmentation alone. The answer is really dependent on the quality of the skin or tissue envelope before the implants are placed. If you have good, tight skin then you’re going to have fairly perky breasts afterwards. If you have a lot of skin or tissue laxity, then you may need a breast lift along with the augmentation.
