Part 1: Hello all! Step mom here. Our wedding was a couple weeks ago & I recently posted pictures. My step kids mom took the pictures & shared them to a mom group ( I have a friend in the group & she saw them & sent me the post). She circled every place on the pictures that she thought I looked out of shape ( back fat, lower belly…) & the caption said “ when the new wife is a fat fucking downgrade”. I have two young children. I work out twice a day and I’m training for my 9th marathon. She is not an athlete & her youngest is a teen. So I took screenshots of her post and sent them to her with Theodore Roosevelts “ the man in the arena” speech. No other words. She said my text was threatening & harassment & she filed a restraining order. She has never previously told me not to contact her or set boundaries on communication. Does she have grounds?
