INFO:
Three images that will play tricks on your mind without you even realizing it. Now, come back and watch the video, focusing closely on the images. Pay attention as you flip your phone and tell me what you see. This is called the Thatcher Illusion. The Thatcher illusion is a phenomenon where the brain fails to detect grotesque or unnatural changes in a face when it’s upside down, but easily notices them when the image is flipped upright. It was discovered by Peter Thompson in 1980 and named after former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, whose upside-down face was famously used to demonstrate the effect.
