Chum Kre is a Khmer wedding song, and the musicians play it for the Plate-Passing Function part of the wedding ceremony, when family members surround the bride and groom and pass the Plate around them. In the video below Jeff is playing the Chum Kre song which he learned from Lecturer Sok Douch. Jeffrey Dyer is a CKS Senior Fellow, and he came to Cambodia for his PhD research.
