My nanny and gramps are my world, never did i ever expect to see them standing there as i opened that door. Leaving the house for them is a massive deal due to my grandpa not being in the best health, so the fact jordan had the idea to bring them over, cook us dinner and celebrate together meant the world to me. Jordan said he wanted to celebrate “old love and new old love” & asked my nan to bring over the photo albums so we could look back at their life together. A memory to last a lifetime ❤️
